How to Request Contributions

1. Add an item

Now, when you add an item to your wish list or registry, you can ask for contributions for that item. Wishpot makes it easy for friends and family to chip in for the larger items you want.

2. Click Contributions

• To turn contributions on, near the end of the 'Add to Wishpot' form click 'Contributions'.

3. Enter PayPal Email

• Enter the PayPal email address you would like contributions made to.
• Click 'Add'. Your item will now appear in your list with a "Contribute" button.

Your request for cash will now appear in your list with a "Contribute" button.

View Your Contributions

Wishpot sends you an email notification every time someone contributes to your item.

To see who has contributed go to your "My Wishpot" page, under your profile picture, click "Reserved Items". There you can see who and how much each individual has contributed toward your item.

Each time someone contributes to your item. The percentage contributed will be updated. The updated percentage is visible to other gift shoppers. Anyone with a PayPal account can contribute to your item. You do not need to be a registered member of Wishpot.

Use contributions to create honeymoon registries , mortgage registries, request charity donations, request cash, or ask friends and family to pitch in for a larger item. And Wishpot lets you know who has contributed. So you always know who to thank.
